Peak Pursuit’s nutritional supplement products are shipped according to the standard shipping methods in effect at the time of purchase.

Product returns must be pre-approved by Peak Pursuit and received within 14 business days of return authorization. Please contact Peak Pursuit’s Customer Service Department for assistance.

A credit for returned products will only be issued once the product has been received by Peak Pursuit.

A processing fee applies to returned products, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless these are waived upon approval of the Return Authorisation.

If a Peak Pursuit product arrives in damaged condition, it should be reported promptly to customer services.

Any discrepancies between the ordered items and the received items must be reported to Peak Pursuit within seven business days of receiving the shipment.

If a customer places an order online and subsequently refuses to accept delivery due to an error on their part, they may be charged a restocking fee as well as the shipping costs.
